Tanja Karmann could not resist a book at a young age. In her youth she fell for fantasy with Stephan Grundy's "Rheingold", which she still explores in all its facets today. Although she has been dancing her way through life in recent years, the cultural scientist has always remained true to literature: as an event manager, bookseller, press spokeswoman and, last but not least, with her own blog. She only took her time with her own publications, but since the Saarlander by birth lives in a village just across the border, she has devoted herself more intensively to her own writing. "Der Mitternachtsladen" is her first fantasy novel.
