Don’t forget your age wristband for the Thunder Theater powered by Cinedom
You’ll need an age wristband to get into the Thunder Theater powered by Cinedom. Known as FSK wristbands, these coloured bracelets indicate your age. They show our team at the entrance to the Thunder Theater how old you are at a glance. This is how we can ensure that young visitors to the Thunder Theater powered by Cinedom only see content that is suitable for them.
Our tip: pick up your age wristband straight away when you enter CCXP COLOGNE. They will be issued free of charge at the entrance areas: the cash desks at the main box office and Entrance North, and at the box office in Hall 8. You will need to present valid photo ID (e.g. identity card, student identity card, passport) – so don’t forget to bring your ID!
Please remember: at CCXP COLOGNE only visitors who can prove their age will be allowed entrance to the Thunder Theater powered by Cinedom. The age wristbands are a quick and easy way to provide this information. There are different colours for different age groups. They allow our team at the entrance to the Thunder Theater powered by Cinedom and inside the cinema itself to see at a glance whether a CCXP COLOGNE visitor is allowed to enter the cinema or can stay in the theatre for the next screening.
The age wristbands come in different colours for different age groups:
6 years and over = yellow
12 years and over = green
16 years and over = blue
18 years and over = red
The coloured age wristbands are essential for anyone wanting to visit the Thunder Theater.
FSK is a German voluntary self-regulatory body for the film industry. The organisation provides the voluntary age ratings for films and other media that are required for public performance and distribution in Germany. In addition to cinema releases, this applies primarily to digital and analogue video formats, such as DVD, Blu-ray and VHS.
